This website is operated by Child Care On-Site. Throughout the site, the terms “my”, “we” and “us” refer to Child Care On-Site. Child Care On-Site offers this website, including all information, tools and services available from this site to you, the user, conditioned upon your acceptance of all terms, conditions, policies and notices stated here.
Please read these Terms of Service carefully before accessing or using our website. By accessing or using any part of the site, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to all the terms and conditions of this agreement, then you may not access the website or use any services. If these Terms of Service are considered an offer, acceptance is expressly limited to these Terms of Service.

It is your responsibility to check this page periodically for changes. Your continued use of or access to the website following the posting of any changes constitutes acceptance of those changes.
1 / Personal Identification Information
We may collect personal identification information from Users in a variety of ways, including, but not limited to, when Users visit our site, fill out a form, and in connection with other activities, services, features or resources we make available on our Site. Users may be asked for, as appropriate, name, email address, mailing address, phone number. Users may, however, visit our Site anonymously. We will collect personal identification information from Users only if they voluntarily submit such information to us. Users can always refuse to supply personally identification information, except that it may prevent them from engaging in certain Site related activities.
2 / Non-Personal Identification Information
We may collect non-personal identification information about Users whenever they interact with our Site. Non-personal identification information may include the browser name, the type of computer and technical information about Users means of connection to our Site, such as the operating system and the Internet service providers utilized and other similar information.

We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone for any reason at any time. Users may find advertising or other content on our Site that link to the sites and services of our partners, suppliers, advertisers, sponsors, licensors and other third parties. We do not control the content or links that appear on these sites and are not responsible for the practices employed by websites linked to or from our Site. In addition, these sites or services, including their content and links, may be constantly changing. These sites and services may have their own privacy policies and customer service policies. Browsing and interaction on any other website, including websites which have a link to our Site, is subject to that website's own terms and policies.
5 / Limit Number of Children
Due to Health & Safety reasons, every event has a limit of 25 children registered. Anything above that limit can be declined. Extra children will be charged an additional $20 on the day of the event if not registered and have not passed the limit of 25 registered children.
6 / Deposit and Cancellation Fee
A 50% deposit is due at time of booking. Deposit is refundable up to 30 days prior to the event. After 30 days, the deposit is non-refundable. Balance is due 7 days before the event. Payment may be made by e-transfer.
7 / Changes
Changes to the original booking date would be accommodated to another day so long as another event has not been booked for the new date. If date changes within 30 days of original date and a new date cannot be agreed then deposit remains not refundable.
8 / Insurance and Registration
Child Care On-Site maintains liability insurance. Child Care On-Site employs Registered Early Childhood Educators. Staff hold Police Check, First Aid/CPR, and Child-Abuse Awareness. The ratio of staff to children will be ensured for health and safety reasons.
9 / Terms
The term of the agreement will begin on the date of the last signature printed on the contract and end after the event.
10 / Guarantee of Service
Child Care On-Site will provide the service as outlined and agree upon. As a registered child care provider, our services are of high quality. Should any concerns arise, we need to be made aware at the time of the occurrence.
11 / Laws
The Service Agreement shall be interpreted and governed as determined by the laws in force in Ontario Canada.
